Elmbridge: Most Expensive Housing in the SE

The National Housing Federation has stated through their research that Elmbridge offers the least affordable housing in the South East of England.

The average house price in Elmbridge is £520,387, which is 18 times the average annual wage of residents of the borough. Prices are predicted to rise by 11 percent by next May.

Elmbridge is also has the highest rises in house prices outside of London.

Many residents are calling for the government to provide much more affordable housing for Elmbridge, as not everyone in the borough is very well off.
