Christmas in Surrey

Surrey is a great place to be this Christmas with a whole host of festive fun. Including getting some Ice Skating under your belt and the chance to meet Santa!

If you're looking for a Narnia style Christmas Surrey is the place for you. Especially at RHS Wisley who are hosting an interactive Narnia Trail. Be sure to listen well, we hear there are whispers around Narnia.

Most of us enjoy a good show around Christmas time. One of our favourites is taking place at Imber Court, who have got a production of Red Riding Hood taking place we suspect Red Riding hood will need your help in getting through the forest and avoiding going in alone.

Santa will be visiting Chessington Garden Centre this year. You will have the chance to see Rockett the Reindeer and then meet Santa himself in his magical Ice Palace.

Over Christmas it's important to remember this year is the centenary of WWI. This year Dorking Museum are offering the chance to see what local villages were doing during the outbreak of war. During 1914 Princess Mary gave the Armed Services a Christmas Gift Box which you can see an example of and have the chance to create your own.

Santa is very busy this year but we're told he has chosen to visit Surrey more than once. He will be visiting Crockford Bridge Farm, where he and his enchanted helpers will be awaiting your arrival in the secret forest.

If you're after a great Christmas setting this year Hampton Court's Ice rink is perfect. With the Palace architecture, smooth Ice Rink and a night beneath the stars, this is one of our favourite Surrey Christmas attractions.
